A $100 DEPOSIT and a copy of the mare’s pedigree are required with this contract to be placed on our breeding schedule. This deposit will be credited against the balance due when your mare is picked up. A Current, Negative Coggins Test is also required on any horse brought to this facility and your animal must be healthy. This is to safeguard all animals on these premises. We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries, but we will care for your animal as we would our own. We will expose your mare every other day until she goes out of her cycle. You are obligated to have your mare pregnancy tested as soon as possible in order to set up another exposure if she does not settle. If she does not settle after the second exposure, you will be required to have her vet checked and cultured to determine her ability to settle. If she is tested clean and able to breed, we will then continue. If your mare requires vet attention, we will contact you before any treatment, if possible, but we will use our best judgment if you are unreachable. You will be responsible for any and all vet charges. If you have any
